We have two new adult classes aimed at beginners who fancy having a go a either Freestyle or Ballet. Freestyle is a great way to get fit while having fun learning routines to popular music from the last few decades. Routines are aimed at increasing fitness whilst bringing out the posture and performance of dance. The adult ballet class is aimed at beginners and incorporates ballet technique into various exercises and routines to increase flexibility, strength and improve posture and confidence. Both classes are 3/4 hour long. Freestyle is at 10am on a Thursday followed by Ballet at 10.45am.
